A time to honor shedding what no longer serves us and enter the darkening fall. The Flow of Fall Soundbath will aid us in preparing for the bounty of fall and harvesting our intentions leading into the deep of winter.
Using the power of sound and meditation, we’ll relax, restore, and “retune” ourselves into balance. Sound can often guide us into releasing pain, worry, and anxiety, expanding our neural pathways by clearing our slate in a meditative state. Soundbaths can thus often create space for healing, allowing creative insights to spark through!
Reiki is a technique where universal life force energy is channeled through an attuned practitioner to another person in order to promote relaxation, natural self-healing abilities, and the clearing of chakra blockages.
