We are excited to present our first inaugural film festival in Hollywood August 2026, featuring in-venue screenings, special musical events, and a curated program of panel discussions bringing together filmmakers, composers, & industry professionals. The Night Temple International Film Festival showcases narrative & documentary shorts from the US & around the world. The festival showcases a broad range of international and local films from all genres with an emphasis on artistic expression and unique perspectives. Last but not least, through a variety of mixers & panels, our festival aims to bring together talent from all sides of the filmmaking process, with the intention of building and expanding networks, communication, ideas, inspiration & new collaborative opportunities.

Alessandro Gentile

Director, Cinematographer - Lodo, Della

Alessandro Gentile is an award-winning director and cinematographer, and co-founder of
Radium 88 Productions. In 2012, Gentile shot the television pilot for the Emmy Award-winning
series “Schitt’s Creek” (feat. Eugene Levy & Catherine O’Hara). Most recently, Gentile wrote
and directed the national commercial “Building a Legacy: The Cheech Museum” featuring
Cheech Marin of (Cheech & Chong & “Born In East LA”) & Brice Gonzalez (“Lopez vs. Lopez” &
“Flamin’ Hot”), which garnered a Telly Award. Gentile’s directorial debut film “Lodo” had its World
Premiere at the Santa Barbara Int’l Film Festival in 2022 and has won five awards to date,
including the Tim Burton Visionary Award for directing at the Burbank Int’l Film Festival (BIFF).
Gentile’s follow up narrative film “Della” won Best in Show at the LOMA Film Festival and Best
Film at Playhouse West Film Festival. In 2024 Gentile directed "Razón De Ser: Luis C. Garza",
an award-winning documentary, including Best Documentary at BIFF and at Chicano Hollywood
Film Festival. In 2014, he co-founded the Highland Park Independent Film Festival. In 2020,
Gentile was acknowledged at the Brazil Int’l Independent Film Festival by receiving a Best
Cinematography award for his cinematography work on the feature film “Trade”. In the
commercial world, Gentile has provided services to corporate clients such as Microsoft, BMW
and Mazda. He has a bachelor’s degree in Film Studies from UC Santa Barbara and studied
cinematography at UCLA.

Asher Glaser

Editor - Welcome to Wrexham (Hulu/FX)

"Asher Glaser is an Emmy-nominated editor, writer, director, and performer who bridges high-octane non-fiction television, character-driven comedy, and narrative storytelling. Holding a B.F.A. in Theater with a Film Minor from USC, he combines sharp editorial instincts with a deep background in performance and creative direction.

Dustin Brown

Director - Solidarity

Dustin Brown is a writer/director whose debut feature SOLIDARITY is executive produced by Darren Aronofsky. A character-driven filmmaker with a strong visual sensibility, his work often blends genre and social realism to portray everyday people grappling against unjust systems. He is a graduate of the American Film Institute (AFI) Directing Program.

His short film SOLIDARITY screened at Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, and received a BAFTA Student Film nomination. His AFI thesis film CLARITY won the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Prize and was featured by Film Independent.

Dustin has created several viral short films including CASA DE CARNE receiving millions of views on YouTube and winning six Telly Awards including Gold for Social Responsibility. He directed Mena Suvari in the short HIDE with music by Billie Eilish. His stop-motion animation SUPER COW, featuring music by Moby, won Best Short Film at the Santa Monica Film Festival. Most recently, his psychological thriller THIS IS NOT AN AD surpassed 16 million views online.

James Hammond

Cinematographer - Behind the Music

James Hammond is a Los Angeles–based Director of Photography and cinematographer with experience spanning narrative film, documentaries, television, commercials, and branded content. His approach to cinematography is rooted in intentional lighting, thoughtful composition, and expressive camera movement, with a particular passion for using stabilized and gimbal-based camera systems to bring energy and perspective to a story. James has contributed to projects for networks and platforms including HBO, FOX, Hulu, CBS, Netflix, and NBC, as well as campaigns for brands including Rolex, Nike, Coach, Tiffany & Co., Verizon, Toyota, and Disney. He brings a collaborative, story-driven approach to each project, adapting the visual language and camera movement to serve the story.

Jordi Ruiz Masó

Cinematographer - Sweet Navidad

Jordi Ruiz Masó is an Spanish-American award-winning cinematographer with an international career specializing in live-action filmmaking. Recognized for his expressive visual storytelling and strong narrative sensibility, he has photographed feature films and episodic series. His credits include Captive (Tubi Original), Sweet Navidad (Peacock), A Soldier’s Revenge (Apple TV), and has contributed to the visual language of 9-1-1 (FOX) collaborating with acclaimed directors, producers, and actors Val Kilmer, Angela Bassett, AnnaLynne McCord, Peter Krause, Elisabeth Harnois, and Scout Taylor-Compton.

His work has been produced and distributed by leading studios and platforms including Netflix, Universal, Apple TV, Tubi, FOX, and Peacock, and has reached audiences around the world through film festivals , television networks, and platforms.

Jordi has had the honor of being a member of the Spanish Society of Cinematographers (AEC), the International Federation of Cinematographers (IMAGO), the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and the Catalan Cinema Academy. He was recognized as a Rising Star of Cinematography by the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) and received a Regional Emmy® Award for his work.

Keith Powell

Writer, Director, Actor - Buttercup Pudding Pie, Will Trent

"As a writer and director, Keith's work spans across theater, film, and television.
Keith wrote and directed every episode of his web series Keith Broke His Leg and Keith Vs., which both won numerous awards, including both winning the Indie Series Award for Best Web Series, Comedy.

For TV, he has directed episodes of Interview With The Vampire, Dickinson, Will Trent, Single Drunk Female, Not Dead Yet, Doogie Kamealoha M.D., Home Economics, Big Sky, So Help Me Todd, Young Rock, Clean Slate, and Superstore; as well the Christmas feature, A Holiday In Harlem.

As a writer, he has developed projects with HBO Films, MTV, Warner Brothers, and Sony Television, in addition to projects with various production companies like Film 44, Broadway Video, YouTube, and Crackle."

Kellee Terrell

Director, Writer - Run Sweetheart Run

Kellee Terrell is a Los Angeles-based director, screenwriter, and journalist.

Terrell is the co-writer of the 2022 Amazon Studios/Blumhouse feminist horror film Run Sweetheart Run. Her supernatural short film Blame (2015), which centers on race and sexual assault, screened in over 30 festivals, including the Athens International Film + Video Festival and the Cinequest Film Festival.

Her articles on pop culture, race, and gender have appeared in The New York Times, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, The AV Club, Essence and GQ to name a few.

Kellee is repped by Sandstone Artists.

Kyla Robinson

Producer - Standstill, Manhattan Candy

Kyla Robinson is a Los Angeles-based producer and writer from New Zealand with over 16 years of experience in the global film and entertainment industry. Having built her career working with leading studios like Warner Bros., Disney, and Blumhouse, she now focuses on producing emotionally resonant, commercially-driven films, series, and documentaries. Kyla combines sharp business leadership with creative vision, approaching every project with a focus on investor returns, market scalability, and delivering powerful stories to global audiences.

Lorene Chesley

Writer, Producer, Actress - P.I.C.

Lorene is an actor, writer, and creator with credits spanning theatre and television, including Grown-ish, Shameless, The Fosters, and Perception. She is also the author of The Perfectly Imperfect Christian, which she adapted into the pilot P.I.C. and is currently developing as a series. Lorene holds an MFA in Acting from UCSD and a Theatre degree from Temple University.
