Andrea Wasse is a Canadian singer-songwriter whose work has been featured across film, television, and streaming platforms for more than two decades. She first found success with Canadian pop-rock band The Weekend, landing placements in films including Uptown Girls, Freaky Friday, and She's the Man, as well as the hit reality series The Simple Life.
She later co-founded the cinematic electro-pop project Digital Daggers, whose music has been featured in hit series including The Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, How to Get Away with Murder, The Originals, Nikita, and Orange Is the New Black. Her work has also appeared in Netflix's hit action film The Old Guard.
Currently signed to Sony Music Publishing, Andrea is the lead singer and songwriter of dream-pop band Nightjacket, whose music was recently featured in Apple TV+’s Dark Matter. Across her work as an artist, songwriter, and collaborator, she is known for creating emotionally driven songs that blend strong storytelling with cinematic atmosphere.
