Chris Wirsig is an award-winning composer, songwriter and producer, whose music can be heard in the
upcoming relationship comedy series “The F*Boy Diaries,” the alcoholism drama feature Five Things To
Love, the werewolf drama feature Aware Of The Wolf, the award-winning documentary series
Halloween Obsessed, the vampire feature The Things We Cannot Change, several short movies, and in
numerous TV shows like Ancient Aliens, The Curse Of Oak Island, The Real Murders Of… and many others
on ABC, BET; E!, MTV, History, Oxygene, Fox Sports and more. Other projects include the pilot for an
LGBTQ+ animated comedy series, Be More Popcorn, the cyberpunk boxing drama Steel Will, the 1830’s
period horror drama The Knocker, and charity projects with cover versions of Depeche Mode's “People
Are People” with 36 musicians and singers, and a Heavy Metal version of the Ukrainian National Anthem
benefitting the Red Cross.
On the songwriting/producing side, Chris started the acclaimed Electro Pop/Dark Wave band no:carrier
in 1995 and the Electronica/Chill-Out project Virtual Conformity in 2001, as well as several side projects.
He’s also co-writing and producing songs with other artists and songwriters like Psyche, Lori Barth,
Briana Cash, Daniel E. Wakefield, Liza Marie Sparks, Queen Chameleon, The Dust Ryde, echoekill, and
many others. Currently he’s also writing arrangements and playing keyboards and other instruments for
the Symphonic Prog Metal band Angels On The Battlefield.
Chris is a Board Member and the SongArts co-chair of the Society Of Composers and Lyricists, as well as
a member of the Television Academy, the Recording Academy, and the Production Music Association.
