"The Vampire Lestat" Soundtrack Release- With Music by Composer/Songwriter Daniel Hart

"The Vampire Lestat" has just seen its latest release, with a new soundtrack album having just dropped, with music by Daniel Hart - composer, songwriter and also a co-producer of the vampiric series. "The Vampire Lestat Original Series Soundtrack," from AMC Global Media and Lakeshore Records, is now available on all major digital music services, including Amazon Music, Apple Music and Spotify.

The series shows Lestat touring across the country, as he's haunted by the ghosts of his wild past. Musically, his star is on the rise, but as it rises so does his ability to influence those around him - human and vampire alike. In the face of the Great Conversion, a huge surge in the vampire population, Lestat's growing power becomes a source of incredible conflict. "The Vampire Lestat" stars Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, Delainey Hayles, and Jennifer Ehle.

Daniel Hart is a Los Angeles-based composer and performer whose work moves fluidly between film, television, and experimental music. He made his feature debut with David Lowery’s “Ain’t Them Bodies Saints” and has since scored all of Lowery’s films, including “Pete’s Dragon,” “A Ghost Story,” “The Old Man & the Gun,” and “The Green Knight.”

His recent projects include A24’s “Mother Mary,” AMC’s “The Vampire Lestat,” “The Dutchman,” “An Almost Christmas Story,” “Sunny,” and “Peter Pan & Wendy.” His scores blend orchestral writing with experimental textures and an intimate emotional sensibility. A longtime multi-instrumentalist, Hart has also performed with St. Vincent, Broken Social Scene, and The Polyphonic Spree, written for “This American Life” and “S-Town,” and continues to make music with his band Dark Rooms.
